How to Set Up a New QR Form

Now that you're a Verse Customer, you're able to take advantage of Verse' QR Forms.

QR forms is a product that allows you to capture your Customer's information easily via a mobile responsive web form that is loaded via a QR code.

Once you've set up your first QR form, you'll be able to download the QR asset for use in mailers, emails, physical assets and many other applications.

Getting Started

First you'll want to navigate in your Verse account to "Verse Capture"

Next you'll want to click the button for "+ New Widget"

You'll be prompted what kind of Widget you'd like to create, click the option for "QR Form"

Click Continue and you'll see the following page.

Simply enter a Name for your form and click continue.

Customizing Your QR Code

From here, you'll have a few options:

Customize the Look and Feel of your QR Code

If you want to customize how your QR code looks, feel free to make any changes using your brand's hex-code colors, or simply use the standard white and black layout.

Adding a Logo

If you'd like, you can add a logo to your QR code - simply check the box and the selected Logo will be added at the center of the QR code.

How to Use Your Own Logo

If you have a Custom Logo that you would like to use, please contact your Account Manager and provide the logo.

Once you're happy with your QR Code , click the continue button.

Customizing your Form

Changes to settings on this page will affect how the form looks and feels when its displayed to your Customers.

Title: If you'd like to change the "We'll text you." Title, enter your own custom greeting.

Brand Color: Changing this setting will update the color of your form, feel free to use your brand's color hex-code setting.

Disclaimer: For compliance purposes, we've pre-filled this for you, however if you have additional requirements for your company's compliance purpoes, feel free to modify this as needed.

Terms & Conditions URL: If needed you can display your company's URL to your T&C's

Show Verse Logo: Feel free to disable this if you'd like to remove the "Powered by Verse" at the bottom of the form.

Once you're happy with how your Form looks, click the "Continue" button to move on to the next step.

Confirmation and Form Completion

You're just about done with setting up your QR Form, there's a few areas left to customize. Changes to these settings will affect how the Form behaves once the lead has submitted their information.

Title: If you'd like to change the "Perfect!" message at the top of the form, feel free to enter in your own custom completion message.

Message: If you don't like the "Thank you, look out for a text from us shortly!" confirmation feel free to enter your own here. Changes will be reflected in the preview.

Website: This is the most valuable setting on the confirmation page, enter your website (be sure to include the "https://") and the lead will be auto navigated to whatever page you'd like after 5 seconds.
