Your dashboard provides access to all leads sent to Verse, data insights, and account settings.
From the My Leads section, click on a lead to view Basic Info and read through the Chat History.
The Insights section of your dashboard is where you can find data specific to qualification and engagement rates.
TIP: Use the Select Days setting to set a date range!
Under Settings, you will have access to update your Concierge Identity, Communication for text and email notifications, Profile information, and Password. Under Communication, you have access to your account API Key which is used by developers to connect with products that integrate with Verse.io.
