Your dashboard provides access to all leads in the system, and the ability to view conversations (All/Active/Qualified/Unqualified).
Under Settings, you will find your unique widget code snippet. Additionally, you have access to customize the Call-To-Action text, Disclaimer, and Custom Confirmation Message.
Make sure to Save all of your changes and then Generate Preview!
From the My Leads section, click on a lead to view Basic Info and read through the Chat History.
The Insights section of your dashboard is where you can find data specific to qualification and engagement rates. More detailed information on each section of the Insights Dashboard can be found here.
TIP: Use the Select Days setting to set a date range!
