All of our Concierge Representatives working your leads go by the name ALEX by default. The reason for this is that Alex is a gender-neutral name! If you decide to change the name in your dashboard, we recommend using one that’s non-gendered.
Since its unknown if your lead spoke to a male or female concierge at Verse.io we recommend using gender-neutral pronouns when referring to Alex.
