We've introduced a new page that enables your team members to Manage their own subscriptions to notification events that can occur within Verse.
The Communications Page will still use the shared email address functionality, however with the new Notifications page, team members will be able to add their own subscriptions to events that they wish to be notified of.
In order to Navigate to the new Notification section, click on your Name in the upper right hand side of the screen and choose "Notifications"
Next, you'll be taken to the new "Notifications" page where you can make changes based on your notification preference.
Please note, for Conversation Take Over notifications - selecting "All" will notify you for events that occur on conversations that are assigned to you, or are unassigned. You will not be notified for events on conversations that are assigned to your team members.
